After a morning walk around Saksun, we drove scenic road 54 to Tjørnuvík and then through Vágar Island to Gásadalur on scenic road 45. The village sits tucked away between lush green fields and soaring mountains to all sides, there we found beautiful waterfall Múlafossur. It was an inaccessible village till 2004 when a tunnel was blasted through one of the mountains. Later afternoon we took a full tank of Faroese cheap diesel and drove via scenic road 50 back to Tórshavn to catch our boat to Denmark.
